MobileFrame's Smart Architecture™ integrates intelligent networking with a thick client so the worker always has complete workflow available whether or not connectivity is available. When the smart client senses wireless or wireline wire-line connectivity, the system automatically sends and receives queued transactions, content and messages. MobileFrame allows autonomous synchronization to selected remote users or groups of users across any wired or wireless TCP/IP connection, including multiple sync servers with configurable prioritization of WiFi, WAN, LAN, GPRS, dock, etc connections.

The MobileFrame Client operates on any .NET enabled handheld, including Pocket PC PDA's, Tablet PC's or Laptops. With our remote device control feature, customers can take control of a mobile device in the field - seeing what the user sees and interacting with the device as if it were in their own hands. Secure Instant Messaging
Proprietary, secure end-to-end instant messaging is built-in to the MobileFrame platform. Using MobileFrame's instant messaging, office staff can send instant messages to mobile workers and vice versa. In addition, mobile workers can send instant messages to each other. Administrators have full control and authorization over message senders, recipients and message grouping, including full message audit record logs. MobileFrame Instant Messaging operates in both connected and disconnect modes.
