The
emoze software works by "pushing" e-mails, calendar
appointments and contacts to smartphones, PDAs or standard feature
phones and can be established without the high set-up costs, hardware
charge and hassle of other email services. Each and every user simply
downloads emoze from emoze.com, sets up their own free account and
begins to receive push emails and personal information management
(PIM) data calendar, contacts, tasks and notes directly
to their device.
A
spin-off and subsidiary of the Emblaze Group (LSE: BLZ), an innovative
and driven telecom vendor, emoze is headquartered in Raanana, Israel.
|
| emoze
works with any mobile service provider network or WiFi network and
is compatible with more than 800 mobile devices including Motorola,
Nokia, Palm and Samsung. It supports all popular email data sources
including Lotus Notes and Domino Servers, Microsoft Exchange, Outlook
and OWA (Outlook Web-Access), POP3, Gmail, Hotmail and Yahoo!, and
all popular mobile device operating systems including Symbian and
Windows Mobile. |

|
|
The
newest features of emoze include enhanced battery consumption and
improved traffic flow and synchronization. The result is a true
push email solution that works much faster than the competition,
even when dealing with extremely large Outlook/Lotus Notes databases.
Emoze's
Global Gateway mode (formerly Central Server) completely eliminates
the need for using a PC or any type of server-end software
installation as a connector. Consumers with a Microsoft OWA
or Gmail account can simply navigate from their mobile device to
http://mobile.emoze.com where
the appropriate client software can be downloaded. A wizard will
help users to install and activate the software in as little
as one minute following the download.
