Puckett EMS is a family-owned business that was incorporated in March 2001, and since then, has seen explosive growth. Operators are able to control driver performance by monitoring EMT driving habits; Puckett EMS has experienced no preventable vehicle accidents in the last two years, and has reduced insurance costs by 30% over 24 months. With streamlined communications and real-time synchronization between paramedics and the billing department, Puckett EMS has reduced billing time from 2-3 weeks to one day. Patient care records are legible and demographic information is automatically uploaded to the billing system.

The onBoard™ Mobile Gateway enables Puckett EMS to continue its commitment to emergency responders by providing access to online training programs, email, company policies, procedures and protocols from the field.
