ProntoForms (TSXV: PFM), a major provider of mobile workflow software, has recently expanded its mobile forms offerings to meet the needs of larger enterprises. The company now offers two subscription plans: ProntoForms Pro and ProntoForms Enterprise for secure enterprise forms and analytics. Both services work with iOS, Android and Windows 10 devices.

ServiceMax & Fleet Complete alliances

The ServiceMax deal means that ProntoForms is now a certified technology partner in ServiceMax’s Technology Alliance Program, and is now listed in the company’s Marketplace directory of integrated services and products.

ProntoForms also announced a partnership with Toronto-based Fleet Complete. ProntoForms will integrate its mobile workflow capabilities with Fleet Complete’s line of fleet, asset, and mobile workforce management software.

New patent & customer wins

ProntoForms’ other big win is from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, which granted the company a new patent for sharing mobile data. The patent covers several variations on methods and systems for sharing data between mobile devices using an orchestration platform that optionally translates the data between different formats.

The latest patent brings ProntoForms’ patent stash to seven. Its other patent families cover inventions in the areas of data synchronization between devices, customizing mobile forms and policy-driven mobile forms management.

Mobile forms are catching on in a range of industries, and who among us wouldn’t love to see them make air flights more efficient? ProntoForms has just announced that its forms are now being used on iPads by an unnamed North American airline for its routine “customer experience” evaluations.

ProntoForms won in the 2016 Mobile Star Awards for the Enterprise “Data or User Analytics” category and is still competing in the Enterprise Data Collection and Field Service categories. You can find out more about ProntoForms by checking out the company’s MobileVillage directory page.
