2007 Mobile Star Awards™ program sees record number of entrants

Cape Coral, FL, May 2007 -- MobileVillage®, the one-stop portal for mobile technology news, is seeing a record number of entrants in this year's Mobile Star Awards™ program. Celebrating its sixth year, the Mobile Star Awards program showcases hundreds of entrants in dozens of categories, including mobile and wireless products, wireless services and deployments, and mobile industry leaders.

Mobile Star Awards winners are chosen by subscribers of Go Mobile®, MobileVillage's free e-newsletter read by mobile technology executives, buyers, IT managers, developers, enthusiasts, and top tech journalists. Published twice monthly, Go Mobile compiles the top mobile stories from around the Web.

"We see dozens of new mobile products and companies entering the scene each week, so mobile device users and mobile-minded businesses face a big challenge in finding the best products, partner companies, or success stories," says Gary Thayer, Go Mobile editor and Mobile Star Awards coordinator.
