has released Handy RSS news reader, which lets you read
RSS news feeds either as feed headers or news articles. You can
add/edit RSS channels, view a single list of RSS items, read item
lists and RSS headers offline, open a web browser to read the
full item, and mark items as read or unread. You can also keep
items in their list for a select period of time. Besides English,
Handy RSS supports Chinese Simplified, Croatian, Czech, Danish,
Finnish, French, German, Greek, Italian, Japanese, Norwegian,
Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Slovak, Spanish, Ukrainian. It supports
all S60 devices, including the new S60 5.0. Handy RSS sells for

has released PhotoInbox, a picture messaging app
that lets you see a full-screen photo of message senders
instead of S60's default text notifications. PhotoInbox
also includes a message editor (supporting English and German),
emotion support, a direct call-back function, and a customizable
user interface. The software supports all S60 3rd and 5th
Edition smartphones and Symbian Signed certified. PhotoInbox

Symbian
Guru has updated its BT Guard security software, which
aims to help protect your phone from unauthorized access via Bluetooth.
The new version fixes previous bugs and adds support for Symbian
60.5 phones, like the Nokia 5800 Xpress Music and Nokia N97. BT
Guard changes Bluetooth status automatically according to your
settings. When it's time to change your Bluetooth status, the
application can ask you for confirmation to turn it invisible
or off. And if you are receiving or sending data, you can set

released version 1.4 of its SyncMate Mac - Windows Mobile synching
app. SyncMate comes in two versions: Free and Expert. The Free
Edition includes most frequently used features, such as Contacts
and iCal synchronization, and lets you read text messages directly
in Mac OS X. The Expert Edition lets you actually managing text
messages right from your Mac, and also lets you synchronize iTunes,
iPhoto, Notes, To Do's, Entourage, and Google Calendar/Contacts.
The Expert Edition also lets you share Internet connections, synchronize
separate folders, and view all the applications installed on your
phone from your Mac. SyncMate installation doesn't require unlocking
your phone, and connections can be via USB or Wi-Fi. SyncMate
is compatible with Mac OS X 10.4 and higher, and most Windows
Mobile versions except Windows Mobile 6.5 (the company is working
on it). SyncMate Expert Edition is $39.95.

Technologies has released version 1.8 of its Windows Mobile
Communications Suite, which bundles the latest versions
of five of Vito's bestsellers: the mobile shell Winterface, FunContact,
SMS-Chat, Weather, and ZoomBoard. FunContact adds visual and navigational
effects to your contacts. SMS-Chat is a threaded SMS application
that includes animated smilies and contact filtering among other
features. Zoomboard is an enlarged on-screen QWERTY keyboard that
aims to be misprint free. iWindowsMobile Communication Suite 1.8
is compatible with most devices running Windows Mobile 5 and higher.
The suite is $39.95 at

data security software. Phone Wallet for Windows PC includes algorithm-based
encryption, password protection, icon layout settings, view styles,
