WeatherBug
announced that its local weather information services are now
available for BlackBerry users. WeatherBug Mobile delivers live,
neighborhood level weather conditions, satellite and radar views
and live camera views from the WeatherBug Network plus forecast
updates and severe weather alerts from the National Weather Service
(NOAA). WeatherBug Mobile is available for US $50 for one year
or $15 for three months. A three-day free trial is available.

MobiTV
has announced the immediate availability of its MobiTV service
for Windows Mobile powered phones and devices. MobiTV says users
can access a range of channels from top-tier content providers.

SplashData
has released SplashTravel for Palm and Treo users. SplashTravel
delivers fifteen different travel tools in one integrated application,
and enables users to create packing lists, check time differences
between cities, track expenses, convert currencies, look up area
codes, and more.

Smarter
Agent Inc. announced that its a Smarter Agent mobile search
application for home buyers and real estate professionals,
is now available on Sprint-Nextel. For a monthly fee of five dollars,
users can access recent home sale information from their LBS/GPS
enabled cell phones just by standing in front a property. Consumers
can conduct unlimited searches, and Smarter Agent covers most
neighborhoods in the United States, according to the company.
The fee is added directly to the Sprint-Nextel customers

TransMedia
has released version 1.3 of Glide Effortless, its PC-to-PC-to-cell
phone sync software for files, contacts and calendars; as
well as new browser based applications, Glide Calendar and Glide
Write. The software suite provides access to a user's photos,
music, videos, documents, contacts, calendars and more from Windows
or Mac OS X PCs and Windows Mobile 5 and Java based handsets.
The new Glide
Write application is an entirely browser based word processor
for compatibility with Glide's other applications. Users can create
multimedia documents of unlimited size with streaming video, audio,
photos and even other documents, and then share them with unlimited
participants in emails, text, audio and video chats. When sharing
documents with others, users can assign view, download and edit
rights to documents and track who is viewing, downloading and
editing. Users can also publish Glide Write documents to websites,
blogs, personal profiles and calendars and make them available
for public search in the Glide Society and on the web at large.
Glide Calendar
can automatically import and sync with Microsoft Outlook and Apple
iCal calendars without any manual processes. Yahoo CSV support
will be made available in July, 2006. Glide Calendars can also
be exported to Microsoft Outlook Apple iCal, CSV and XML formats.

VoiceIt
Technologies announced VoiceDialIt, VoiceSecureIt, and VoiceNavIt,
a suite of voice applications for Windows Mobile 5.0 tphones,
which are modeled after VoiceIt's Palm OS versions. VoiceDialIt
is a voice dialer similar. VoiceSecureIt is a voice biometric
authentication application that will enable the user to access
their smartphone by using a simple and unique voice print phrase.
Finally, VoiceNavIt is a voice command and control application
that enables users to control windows, launch applications, input
simple text, control input (i.e. 5-way navigation), and playback
recorded macros via their voice. The applications are slated for
