F-Secure
announced F-Secure Mobile Anti-Virus 3.0 with support for S60
3rd Edition platform. The software is available first for all
new Nokia N series mobiles and all new Nokia E series devices,
and is included with the Nokia N71 and N80 as the default antivirus
application. F-Secure Mobile Anti-Virus can also be purchased
directly from F-Secure for US $34.95 for a 12-month subscription.

Greenlight
Wireless announced Advertizer, a mobile and desktop advertising
program for operators, search engines, and publishers. Advertizer
was originally launched in 2004 as the Skweezer Ad Marketplace
and is now a distinct rebranded service. Advertizer retrieves
ads based on keywords or other user input from multiple top-tier
ad suppliers, then provides a single ad feed for both mobile and
desktop formats. Ads can be provided in a variety of formats,
including CPC, location-based, and click-to-call, and can be delivered
via commonly-used systems, such as XML, HTML, and RSS. Advertizer
offers a 50/50 revenue sharing model and doesn't apply hidden
charges and fees, according to Greenlight.

MobiForms
has added networking functionality to its MobiForms is a rapid
application development tool for building mobile applications
for Tablet PC, Pocket PC, Windows CE, Windows Mobile, EPOC, Symbian
and Palm based devices. This latest release enables client-server
mobile applications to be built using serial, USB, Ethernet, Wi-Fi
or mobile phone connections. The new release complements the existing
features in MobiForms such as signature capture, MobiScript commands
enabling bar coding, connectivity to Oracle, Sybase and IBM DB2

mVerify
released its mVerify Testing System (MTS) Tester Edition, version
1.2, an automated application testing solution for Microsoft's
Windows Mobile 5.0 and Win CE 5.0 platforms. MTS is targeted at
handheld device manufacturers, independent software vendors, and
wireless service providers. Tests are created by recording typical
user interaction with mobile devices. Each test can then be repeated
up to 10,000 times with just one mouse click, according to the
company. Test engineers can control up to ten mobile phones and
PDAs from one desktop PC, which can be used in tandem to test

Trapeze
Networks has added two new features in its latest release
(4.2) of its Mobility System Software. The new features aim to
enable enterprises to provide guest access to their Wi-Fi networks
while protecting network resources from viruses, worms and other
forms of malware on unmanaged endpoint clients. The first feature
integrates the Symantec (formerly Sygate) On-Demand Protection
Solution agent into Trapeze Mobility System Software Trapeze last
week also announced support for Microsoft's Network Access Protection
technology.
The second
feature, GuestTunneling, provides guest access to the Internet,
while isolating guest traffic from corporate traffic. Trapeze's
Mobility System Software 4.2 is a free upgrade to existing customers
