CTIA Wireless 2006 picks best of show products

2006 -- (MobileVillage) -- The Wireless Association yesterday
announced the winners of its Wireless Emerging Technology (E-Tech)
Awards and the Technology Marketing Awards at the CTIA Wireless
2006 Convention taking place this week at the Las Vegas Convention
Center.
According
to CTIA, Nearly 200 applications were submitted and judged on
innovation, functionality, technological importance, implementation
and overall "wow" factor. Best in Show, as voted
upon by CTIA Wireless 2006 attendees, went to Samsung for the
Samsung T509 camera phone. The other E-Tech Award winners are
as follows:
