DynoPlex adds spellchecker add-on for BlackBerry
July
14, 2005 -- (MobileVillage) -- DynoPlex today announced a
device based version of its eSpell(TM) software for RIM BlackBerry
handhelds. The new version of eSpell integrates with the BlackBerry's
native e-mail composer.
eSpell
for BlackBerry users are offered a choice of selecting to
use either device-based or server-based spellchecker. In either
version, the software shows a complete list of spelling candidates
and offers all customary user controls in a pop up window.
eSpell
supports each of 14 languages in which the BlackBerry is currently
available. Users can add new languages and switch between
them at will. eSpell also allows use of custom dictionaries
and the addition of new words. Users can also download new
specialty spellcheckers, including Medical, Law, Engineering,
and Applied Science.
A fully
functional demo of eSpell is available for download at dynoplex.com.
