ComCam laptop surveillance software moves to Windows Mobile
phones & PDAs

2005 -- (MobileVillage) --ComCam, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: CMCA)
today released version 1.5 of Pocket C3, a derivative of the
company's C3 software that brings commercial control room
video capability to a laptop computer. The Pocket C3 extends
ComCam's network security and surveillance software to the
PDA and smartphone users.
The ComCam
allows smartphone or PDA users to view and control images
from pan-tilt zoom cameras via ComCam Series Video Servers
or ComCam IP cameras anywhere on the globe.
The Pocket
C3 version 1.5 release supports the new generation Windows
Smart phones such as the Audiovox PPC6001 (available through
Sprint), Audiovox XV6600 (available through Verizon Wireless)
and Siemens SX66 GSM (available through Cingular). In Europe
and parts of Asia, ComCam's Pocket C3 works with a variety
of Siemens brands, including the XDA III, iMate PDA2K, PDA2K
EVDO and MDA III.
Pocket
C3 is integrated with the rest of ComCam's network command
and control solutions suite. For ComCam dealers and press,
a fully working unlicensed version is available for download
from ComCam.net.
