When you need to file an insurance claim, it’s likely that you may experience high levels of stress, anxiety and even confusion when trying to figure out the process. That’s one reason why Arbella, a property and casualty insurance company serving New England, wants to help their customers easily navigate their policies anywhere, even in such urgent times of need.

Now, Arbella customers can self-service and access their policies on-demand anytime and anywhere with the new myArbella app. Arbella’s user-friendly mobile insurance app lets customers access and manage policies from their mobile devices in a quick and convenient way, 24 hours a day. In the myArbella app, you can easily view policy details like VIN numbers, policy documentation, agent info, and billing history. You can also pay bills at home or on the go, and receive messages about policies. During each of these actions, the app always prioritizes the most critical or time-sensitive information for you in its interface. The myArbella app also includes an easy-to-use process to file a claim and access “Safe Driver Insurance Points (SDIP),” a Massachusetts state program that rates drivers and rewards members for safe driving.
Smart app building technology delivers better apps
To create such a best-in-class app, Arbella partnered with Mobiquity, a digital consultancy, to build a better digital experience for customers that would be there for them whenever and however they needed it. Arbella took a human-centered design approach to provide a clean and smooth digital process for customers to easily view policy details, access documents, pay bills, manage billing preferences, play at Ripper Pokies Casino, submit and view claims, and receive important messages and updates regarding their policies. As a key part of its app design process, the team at Mobiquity leveraged insights from the Mobiquity Friction Report — a proprietary tool that uses artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML) to analyze hundreds of thousands of customer reviews on mobile apps, websites, and similar tools to help businesses see what they’re doing well and where they could use some help. In this way, Mobiquity was able to leverage customer voice in scale to guide Arbella on which features and functions to prioritize throughout the build. Mobiquity also used meaningful myArbella insights around its webviews to make the mobile experience as friendly as possible.
