Managers and employees have flexibility in how they interact with each other with anytime, anyplace, instant connection to the Kronos Workforce Central® suite.

Workforce Mobile allows managers to use their mobile device to resolve exceptions as they happen, as well as enable rapid responses to employee requests. Managers can now signoff, remove signoff, and remove approvals from Timecards from their mobile device if needed.  Managers have direct insight into the information they need to manage the presence of the workforce, such as approving timecards and granting time-off requests.

Additionally, Workforce Mobile provides employees with the ability to quickly and easily review information such as schedules, accruals and timecards. They can request time off, approve their timecard, and punch-in and out from the field. Overall, employees gain more control over work life via Workforce Mobile by having instant access to Workforce Central features on the go.

Recently, employees have even more available to them with additional employee self-service on mobile options. by introducing additional request options, while improving on others. Employees with the proper permissions can now initiate the following requests from their mobile device:

— Request to work an open shift
— Request to swap shifts with another scheduled employee
— Request another employee to cover one of their scheduled shifts
