TriNet Expense provides everything users need to manage the entire expense reporting process from a mobile device. The cloud based solution allows users to create, submit and approve expense reports and then either reimburse employees or invoice clients via integration with leading SaaS accounting solutions.

The system seamlessly connects with many popular solutions specifically tailored for small to medium size businesses such as TripIt, NetSuite, Google Apps, Intacct, and Intuit QuickBooks.

TriNet Expense can also auto-import expenses from thousands of credit cards and bank providers as well as receipt scanning and capture directly from iPhone, iPad, Android and Blackberry devices.

On the mobile application, users can record cash expenditures, mileage, snap pictures of receipts, or edit existing expenses imported from a credit card. Editing existing expenses allows a user to capture digital receipts with a camera phone and attach directly to the expense. In addition, any data about the expense can be added, like changing the merchant name, adding project information, who attended, or if the expense was billable.
